Sometimes they begin with an observation, a recurring problem or a sense that there is something here.
That is often where I am at my best. I investigate, connect, ask and develop until something unclear begins to take shape.

You have noticed a problem, an observation or an idea, but do not yet know what the solution should be. I can help investigate it, narrow it down and find a form that actually makes sense.
02When knowledge needs to become usable
You have expertise, experience or theory that needs to be turned into something people can understand and use: a material, a concept, a book, a method, a workshop — or something else entirely.
03When something existing needs rethinking
Perhaps something almost works. A material. An initiative. A way of working. But somewhere it does not quite meet the people, the practice or the reality. A fresh pair of eyes can make a real difference.

I rarely work from a solution decided in advance. I start by looking properly.
- What is actually happening?
- Who experiences what?
- What is missing?
- What do we already know?
From there the form begins to show itself.

Or something neither of us had decided in advance.
